By accessing or using Validoc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Validoc provides AI-powered document validation via a web dashboard and REST API. You can define rules in plain language, upload PDF documents, and receive structured validation results.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 document validation. Free accounts receive 20 credits per month. Purchased credit packs are one-time payments, non-refundable, and do not expire.
You agree not to:
Documents uploaded for validation are processed in memory and are not permanently stored. Validation results (pass/fail, scores, explanations) are stored in your account for your reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-powered validation results are probabilistic and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or compliance decisions. Always verify critical results independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Validoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
